"How can two walk together unless they be agreed?"
Blueprints Lab is a commercialization and entrepreneurship hub that exists to help Universities and local communities become more organized and equipped to successfully move ideas from students, faculty and their laboratories into the marketplace. We strive to package and release the University’s intellectual property through startups and licensing agreements in ways that produce the greatest impact on the local community and towards satisfying human need. As a Developer, Blueprints aligns with Inventors to expand the invention's breadth, depth and applications and to guide the technology translation journey from ideas to prototypes to customers. Blueprints designs and oversees the technology acquisition, development, and translation phases of the commercialization process and engages prospective customers along the way. Additionally, we use marketing and industry engagement activities to drive awareness and to attract follow-on funding dollars back to the inventors in the form of grants and sponsored research, so they can keep inventing.
